Thank you for shopping with us at TONY G! We want to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience, and to that end, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused.
- It must have all original tags attached.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact us at returns@tonygbrand.com. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with return shipping information on where to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to receive the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped to you.
European Union 30-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 30 days, for any reason and without the need for justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. We will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
